Where are my scripts?
Wherever you saved them: iCloud Drive, Dropbox (through the Files app) or on your device. Each script is a plain .fountain file you can open in any text editor. Offscreen also keeps earlier versions on your device, under Export → Earlier versions.
What is Fountain?
The plain-text screenplay format by John August and Stu Maschwitz. See fountain.io for the syntax.
Where are characters’ and locations’ details stored?
In a block at the end of the same .fountain file, inside /* … */, so it never prints and travels with the script. You can also export everything as JSON.
